then you probably know of Brandon,

and if not of Brandon, then of the Twitter chat

that he started, which is called Veg Run Chat.

That's hashtag, veg, r-un-a-t it pretty much what it sounds like it's a it's a hashtag

chat on Twitter which honestly I don't know that much about how they'll work I even

participated in Brandon's but we'll get into certainly

how they go just so people who have never done a Twitter jet can can connect with

Plant-based runners on Twitter but we've got some other stuff to talk about too, so I'm excited about this.

Yeah, so it's good to finally connect.

We've talked online for the most part, for the past probably year or so and that's been good.

So it's good to finally talk to you and I mean you've done a tremendous job of growing

veg run chat because I know when I first heard about it sometime I think it was last year because it was when I was starting the book tour and saw it and I was just researching a bunch of different options and kind of outlets for promoting it and you know I think even then I noticed it but it seemed like a

small thing and now it's just like it's it seems to have grown in popularity
