about your background. So I am a retired executive operator and business owner. I was

fortunate enough to go through an exit in 2017, and I opened my eyes to the world of monetization

of an enterprise on a global stage. And what I mean by that is simply put, I help owners sell

their companies because I used to be an owner myself.

And from that point in time, I kind of closed the book on being an executive operator.
