And greetings, my friends, patriots, lovers of democracy, truth and justice, believers and

peace, freedom in the American way.

Boy, there's a lot that we're going to get to today.

The hearings judge Amy Coney Barrett to be on the Supreme Court.

The woman who is occupying a stolen seat on the seventh circuit, President Obama had

nominated an African, a brilliant African American lawyer for that seat.

And Mitch McConnell for two years refused to allow any of President Obama's judicial

nominees to go through, which is why there was over a hundred of them open when Trump came

into office.

Mitch McConnell stole that seat and then he gave it to Amy Coney Barrett so that she could

be teed up.

She was just a lawyer before this, a lawyer who worked on Bush v. Gore at that so that she

could be teed up to knock this one out.

Yeah, it's just, it's mind-boggling.

I mean, the whole point of judicial independence was a way of avoiding the so-called tyranny

of the majority.

What's sometimes referred to as mob rule, the idea that the majority is not always right.

It's a point that I think can be argued and can be argued effectively.

In fact, Rutger Breggman and his book Healing Kind, I think argues very effectively against

that.
