Housing affordability taking its toll on most would be homebuyers.

No kidding Casey you don't say.

Why is it taking its toll?

Well, they just say, hey hey we can't afford it and that is a

new study a survey that was released by bank rate. They said 78% of home

buyer cited financial factors as what is holding them back from buying a house.

Well, and this is the most government thing ever because remember what caused the housing collapse of 2008, set in motion long before that, was the

government tried to put everybody in a home. And the government incentivized and

created a financial climate that was unsustainable

because everyone must be in a home and so then they wreck the economy and

it takes you know all of these years for the thing to reset itself.

And never in many cases fully ever did reset itself

in many communities.

And then you go to 2020, and then they do it again.

I think this is what pisses me off so much
