No, no, no. What we are actually, you know, we're talking real money when we're talking 32 trillion dollars.

Yeah. A lot of money. And what am I referring to? Well, I'm referring to that thing that you're, you in now or you will be later tonight or, you know, sometime this week, you'll be hanging out in that home you own.

And the, we have a lot of money in our houses, a lot.

Yet, this is one of our arguments against paying off mortgages.

It's really hard to get at that money if you need it, Tom. Yeah. And this just came up, by the way, in a meeting with a gentleman a few days ago who has okay retirement savings, but he has

two-thirds more in his home equity. He's paid down his home. It's, of course, grown in

price if the world is to be believed today. And so he's in this bit of a quandary, like, well,

should I move? Should I sell? What should I do? It's not easy to figure out. And the interesting thing for me, frankly, is what should you do? But there's some new options that are fascinating. And this came from a piece from our friend Ron Lieber. We love Ron Lieber. I think he does great work at the New York Times and has for, I guess, decades, right?

I mean, he's been there a long time.

A couple of years anyway. Yeah, a few years. He once did a piece with us. That's right. He did. On a on a. Previous iteration. On a Ponzi scheme. Oh, that's right. Yeah. But you never got convicted of that, right?
