Going to jail completely changed Vasavi Kumar’s life. Before then, she was trapped by her addiction for certainty and her need of knowing that everything will be okay. And all that led to bad habits, bad tendencies, and bad behavior. But going to jail changed how Vasavi perceived the world and herself, and since then she’s learned how to break free from the prison of her own mind and wants to help others do the same through social work. sometimes it just takes that one thing to happen, you know, and sometimes it takes, you know, many things to build up for you to be like,

screw this, I don't want to live like this anymore, but I would say to your listeners is just start paying attention to all the areas in your life that have control over you and that can be in your relationship, that can be your relationship to food, to money, your friendships, your work.
