Hey everyone. I'm your other host, Caitlin. And welcome to Sky Talkers where we are going to be

talking all about the Vanity Fair articles today on the show.

Woohoo. Yeah. There was, like, the lead up to these photos almost felt similar to the lead-up to the trailer.

I know. I know. It really did. I think that because, I don't know, this was released on, what, May 22nd, May 23rd, right? And in the past, like, the last Jedi ones came out around the same time.

But I do know that for the Force Awakens, they released them on May the 4th.

So I think that there was like anticipation all throughout the month of May for this.

Because we knew they were coming.

People had talked about Annie going to the set.

Like I feel like I kept seeing that everywhere. Like, oh yeah, they happened. Like Annie was at the set. Like, I feel like I kept seeing that everywhere. Like, oh, yeah, they

happened. Like, Annie was at the set. That, oh, my God. And I have to apologize, it's been a little bit

since he's been out. It's been like a week, a week and a half. But I was traveling and I just hadn't had a chance to sit down to like really

comb through them in the way that we really wanted to until just now.

And we're kind of hoping that we would actually have the physical copies.

What I think is so funny, though, is that you were actually, the day they came out was the day you left for your trip. And you weren't awake yet. And I was texting you incessantly, like nonstop to the point where I was worried that you weren't awake yet. So I started calling you. And you let me up. I woke you up. Yeah. And it was worth it. It was worth it. I have to say, I was working from home that day. And I was looking forward to that like little bit of sleeping in. But you know what? It's okay. Star Wars is worth it. Yeah. Because I had forgotten that you were working from home that day. I thought you were just doing like a half day at work. No. And I'm usually at work before you. And so I'm usually up before you too. So after like a certain hour in the morning, I was like, oh my God, why isn't she awake yet? And I actually got genuinely concerned. You're like, oh, no. I was like, it's almost time for her to be at work. why is she answering her phone? Like, where is she on Twitter? What is going on? She's missing. Why has she not responded to these texts? But it was like, it was so good to wake up to this. Wow. And I'm sure other people had similar experiences when it was the first thing that they saw when they woke up and oh man just so good to wake up to Raylo that's really what this is about and I um I made the our friend

Heath on Twitter Heath Williams he did this um he basically photoshopped out all of the text on the covers,

on the Ryan Kylo covers. So it's just like one clean image of them. And it's my background on my

computers at work. And the second it, like, loaded that it became my background, I literally gasped.
