Summary

Her marriage to Clyde Diede had collapsed, and after a domestic assault conviction, a judge issued a two-year no-contact order. But friends say Kristin still lived in fear. When she set out on a trip to Wishek, North Dakota, with her boyfriend Robert “Bob” Anderson, they hoped she would finally feel safe. Instead, Kristin and Bob vanished and have never been found. This chapter of Vanishing Act highlights the escalating threats and the shadow of domestic violence that preceded their disappearance.
