Sometimes I can't help myself and I got to be sing song everybody I want to first of, thank those of you who heard that I had a bike accident,

thank you so much for your kind thoughts on Facebook and Twitter, etc.

I just feel like I want to explain that a bus ran me off the road in a bike lane

and I ran into a building so I had to get stitches in my chin and I have a little bit of a

jaw thing happening and some chipped teeth but I am okay and I'm already

back on my bike so thank you so much for reaching out about that and I also want to say

please please please anybody who rides a bike or does anything like that

wear a helmet take care of yourself or when plenty of protective materials even during the

daytime make sure you're visible and that is enough coaching and jiding from me let's get
