And this weekend on Saturday night for the first time in almost a calendar year, Jared Vanderbilt played a game for the Lakers. And, Dee, I don't know if you remember, I think it was his first game with the Lakers, but it was at Golden State when the Lakers had first traded for him. And he came into the game and he was just a spark right away. And I remember Jeff Van Gundy waxing loquacious about his impact. and i couldn't help but have a ton of deja vu

on saturday night watching vando make his triumphant return and only played 12 minutes in 27 seconds

but as he did like his impact was very much felt he stuffed the stat sheet in a small amount of time and it was just omnipresent, right?

Just a little bit of everywhere and plays a style of defense that's very attacking and aggressive and playmaking that other Lakers defenders don't quite play that way, even if they are solid defenders.

And so he adds this dimension to the

team that's super unique, that in context with the Lakers trading for Doreen Phine Smith and

Gabe Vincent really starting to come into his own in his role, Lakers have several guys who

get after it, as I know you posted on Saturday night, that

you see an identity forming for a Lakers team that got a good win in Golden State.

They were without a couple of guys.

Some interesting happenings on the offensive end.
