small everyday wins I accomplish whilst working towards a bigger goal.

And in my case it's reducing and managing stress levels.

And so I thought I'd share my little win from this morning with you.

Recently I've been tracking my stress using Fitbit Stress Management School which is based

on my recent heart rate variability, activity and sleep.

This morning I had a high score and this really helped me plan my day.

I knew I was in a good physical and mental place to tackle whatever growing to do list and

really make my day a productive one.
