We're checking in with Van der Pump Rules, two parts into the reunion, the Valley, Summer House, and a little bit of Real Housewives of New Jersey with Sarah Heron, a friend of mine who was also the deputy digital editor at Us Weekly.

She covers all things reality TV, Bravo, Bachelor Nation.

So she knows what she's talking about.

And we had a really awesome conversation.

She came with some great opinions, including what I thought were some really solid ideas of how she would ideally like to see

the Valley and Vanderpump Rules move forward in tandem.

And she talked about it in a way that I had not specifically thought of before, which I

really liked.

But before we get to that conversation, it feels like the latest thing that Bravo fans have

strong feelings about.

And we have strong feelings about a lot of things

is something about her, which is Ariana and Katie's sandwich shop, obviously, which finally

opened the other day after over a year of delays. And, you know, who knows if we'll ever get

that full story. I personally feel like there's a lot of juicy information there that we

aren't or haven't gotten there that we aren't or

haven't gotten, that we aren't privy to, which could make for some interesting reality TV,

just saying, particularly, for my opinion, if it involves some beef with Lisa or her friend

that wanted to be a partner in the business, they did not want to be a partner in the business.

That's the kind of shit that's really interesting to see on reality TVs. So anyway, it opened after it's what seemed like a couple of like friends and family, influencery, soft openings throughout the past like week or two. But obviously there was a ton of interest, but I don't know if anybody could have expected that like there was going to be literally four
