host Donna Bulling. I am so so excited to be here as always. You guys I have a very very fun episode for you ahead we do a big

vanner pump rules deep dive with my new friend Caitlin from besties by Bravo You may have heard of her from her huge

Instagram following. She's also on Tik Talk, YouTube, and her podcast Besties by

Bravo. So we're going to get into all of that fun stuff in just a moment.

But I wanted to kind of just, you know,

start the show by saying,

I'm trying very hard to talk without talking about Vanderpump rules. It's impossible. You guys, I am not okay. I don't sleep at night on Wednesdays anymore. Now I understand that this is like you know it's my it's my work now I have to do this but I can't watch the show until 9 p.m. It's live for me in LA at 9 p.m. Number one usually by 930 TV is off like I'm sleeping.

So I have to stay up until 10.

Then I'm watching watch what happens live.

Then it's 1015.

Then my mind is racing.

Then I'm having dreams about Sandoval.

My friend Molly was having dreams about Sandoval too it's not alone not like that kind of dream

it's not those kind of dreams if you know what I mean it is consuming my life

we're getting so close to the end of this show so you're gonna hear all about that

in just a moment. A couple thoughts on my

Osmpik rant yesterday. And this is a shout out to you who thought I had some

cringy comments in yesterday's episode. I appreciate you. I'm dying to know what was

cringy about it, but it has struck a nerve for sure. The Osmpea conversation has struck a nerve. I have never gotten so many

d'ams. I have never gotten so many

conversations started privately about the the feeling around O'ZEMPIC.
