Hello friends welcome back. It's been a couple weeks since I just sat down and talked to you like a one-on-one situation. I've been doing

interviews for the last few weeks and yeah I kind of wanted to just sit down this week

give you some fairly extreme life updates. I don't really share a ton on

Instagram. It's really weird. I'll share like the depth of my soul about

something and then not share you know this one part of me like at all.

It's kind of just as I go I figure out what I want to share and what I don't.

So the podcast is a good way for me to share all of the things and feel more comfortable doing so.

So that is what today is going to be.

Just some life updates, some conversation, and yes, so I had a ridiculous morning.

I've already been a little anxious if I'm being perfectly honest,

which I'll get to later,

really just because of my last Instagram post,

which is so dumb, I know.

But posting stuff like that, you know,

people think naturally that myself and other people do it for attention and like I just really don't do it for those reasons.

And so like posting that and post it's the the selfie I don't know if you guys saw that or not but I

posted this like selfie I talked about anxiety and I just like I don't get hate comments very often and I just happen to on that. I got tons and tons of very positive and nice comments as well.

But even just like hitting share on that post made me really really anxious and then those particular comments

really just kind of I don't know the last few days I've been fairly on edge

but I will go into that in a little bit
