Summary

Happy Halloween to all you goblins, ghouls, witches and warlocks! We are proud to present our very first holiday special, and cover the 2004 film, Van Helsing. This is the very first of any Fact or Fantasy episode to air directly on the holiday date itself and so we had to do things a little spooky this time! **Spoiler Alert** Do not listen to this episode if you have not yet seen the film and are looking to do so because in this installment, we go through a detailed recap and summary of the events as they appear in the movie from beginning to end. You have been warned. Tag along as we give our thoughts on how it's held up over the years, debate some fun topics, provide reasons why this was the ideal standalone film to cover for Halloween itself, and how it fit perfectly in our genre with some familiar casting that tie into other works we cover here on the show.
