You went to Glastonbury?

I did. I went to Glastonbury last weekend to make some podcasts not for fun for work

Though I did have some fun, but the reason we wanted to go to Glastonbury is because there you can get access to loads of really

interesting people that you might not be able to meet normally. So I put in

into your requests for a whole list of people in the weeks for Glastonbury and amazingly the person

that was top of my list that I wanted to speak to the most said yes.

So that was Ezra Canick, who is the singer, songwriter, creative force behind Vampire Weekend, who they've been one of my favorite bands for the past decade or more but it's not just

because I'm a massive fan of his music that I wanted to speak to him. Ezra is a really

interesting and thoughtful person.

He's not just a musician.

He has an internet radio show where he talks about music,

he talks about corporate culture, he talks about the modern world, he's also created

an animated series for Netflix, so he's a bit of a polymath.

And you know, that often on a Friday we like to talk to someone that we find engaging

that we want to listen to for 20 minutes and he really fits the bill.
