Summary

Welcome to a very special Halloween episode of Improv for Humans.

And it started out very spooky indeed.

I was on my way to the recording of Improv for Humans.

I was literally pulling into the parking space when I get a call from the LA public school

systems telling me that my daughter, extra-sys style, had thrown up on the rug in parts

of the teacher.

So I had to, as a good daddy, immediately come get her.

But there, awaiting at the Earwolf studio was Devin Field, Lisa Gilroy, Jake Sprig,

Kamea, Beppernia, Vic McAllis.

They were all there waiting to do the Improv movie form.

We were going to improvise two movies for Halloween and these are all some of my favorite

improvisers and a lot of them have worked on this movie form for a while and I couldn't

make it but I called them and I said you are capable more than capable improvisers and

you're already there just do it without me.

You don't need Maddie B and when you listen to these two half hour movies you'll see

that these guys were genius.

And some of them I don't even know if they've worked together before.

And like in the first five minutes you can kind of feel them warming up to each other

and all of a sudden boom it is A plus.

I'm telling you these are two great examples of how to do the long form we used to call

the movie developed by Del Close and the family in the early 90s.

So I'm both grateful for them for doing the show and proud of them for a really kicking
