Hey everybody, good morning. It is Monday, February 13th. It is the day before Valentine's

Day, and I am Heidi St. John your host for the Busy Mom podcast. I'm glad that you're

here today. Man, okay, so let me just back up to a couple days ago. So, you know, we

are podcast on Friday. We're talking about marriage and romance and keeping sex the

live and marriage. And I'm not going to lie to you, Jay and I recorded that a day early

because we wanted to get our friend Dennis on the podcast with us, and we can only do

it a day early. So that's how we did it. On Thursday, it about, oh my goodness, price

630. We are kind of wrapping dinner up. My kids were all over at the house, and we were

just hanging out talking about some really cool things, which I'll tell you about in a
