The reality is if you want to get great, not good, and you want to win it all,

you're never going to be able to do it all in-house.

And the Panthers, the secret to the sauce for them, only 20% of the guys on that team were drafted.

They traded and acquired the rest, and they're damn good at it.

The other is, what, if anything, can Iserman do to regain your trust and your faith to get you excited about this team?
