Hello, you are listening to itchy and bitchy, a podcast that provides answers to your mini-health

questions. I'm Karen Nichol, Family Nurse Practitioner, and for some summer fun,

I dug into the archives of this podcast and selected a couple of previous episodes that I thought

you would enjoy. This podcast was started in September of 2018 and was originally named

sweaty and pissed, menopause, and more. Leanne Morgan, a fabulous and very successful comedian,

and I were the hosts. In January of 2021, Leanne left the podcast since she was heading off

to begin her tour called The Big Panty Tour, which she is doing currently. At that time,

the name was changed to itchy and bitchy, however, all of the sweaty and pissed episodes are on

the itchy and bitchy feeds so you can listen to them anytime. This week, we are replaying the

episode we called Vaginal Dryness, Bladder Control, and Pinto Beans with Cabbage. You can tell from
