to believe what happened she's been here for an hour already

and we recorded a whole podcast and my dumb ass forgot to hit record on my phone

and so now we're doing it again and now we're doing it again so if we sound like we've said this once before, it's because we probably did.

This is, honestly, I'm so grateful to you for you to stay here. I've never had this happen to me before, so I'm so grateful for you to be here with me

no worries for another hour and we kind of had a test run yes we had a test run we're gonna

be so smooth it's gonna be so good so smooth it's like her skin so Dr. Guanche is responsible for helping me not look

like a troll which is lovely and she has her own your own facility the

Belleskin Institute which is a dermatological facility.

She also does fillers and Botox and, you know, everything checking for cancer and all kinds of

things and yes, she's a doctor and so I was in to see her last week and she was

telling me some of the horror stories of her residency as a doctor and you went to

LSU Louisiana State University. That's right LSU and at LSU and you

are a whole medical school was run at a charity hospital which is a very very busy hospital in New Orleans where we had a lot of a lot of things to do a lot of work to do and you couldn't run that hospital without students right so we got a lot of hands on experience so I was telling Brittany that we had a sutru clinic and we also had a sist clinic.

That was run by students and I was going to tell her my worst first so we had this woman come in she was a little bit

You know heavier heavy built women woman and and she had what she called a boil under her breast and

We had to have two students hold her breast up it was very voluptuous very big wow and underneath there were some

crumbs and moisture and maybe a wrapper. A remote. And she had like what a tennis ball sized

ball of pus under her breast we call call it a carbuncle. And so I had not done that before,

Lance won before. So I have my mask on and this is before we had to wear masks everywhere.
