and she's an internationally known speaker and author

and has invested nearly 20 years and more than 40,000 hours

documenting and exposing the problems associated with vaccines.

She's one of the most prominent doctors out there in the

vaccine hesitancy movement, talking about the research, exposing some of these issues around vaccines.

So welcome to the show, Dr. Tenpenny. Such a pleasure to have you. Thank you so much, Ari. It's a pleasure to be here.

Yeah. So real quick, I would like to get

your, the super quick version of your background of how you got into this subject matter in the

first place. Why did you start to study vaccines? My first career, as you were saying,

as I was a director of an emergency department,

it was a level two trauma center. I did that for 12 years. I moved to Cleveland in 1996

to open my holistic integrated practice here. In September of 2000, I got a flyer in the mail

to attend the meeting of the National Vaccine Information Center meeting in Washington, D.C.

I went to that meeting thinking

that there was somebody important there when I was supposed to meet. Little did I know it was going to be

about something. And that what actually happened was that I spent four days listening to doctors,

scientists, parents of vaccine injured kids, chiropractors, all kinds of people, and attorneys,

talking about problems associated with vaccines. And I thought, how did I miss this? You know, I've been in medicine

for a long time at this point. I grew up in a chiropractic family where my grandfather,

my father, three uncles and two cousins were chiropractors. It's why I chose to become an

osteopathic physician as opposed to an MD alipathic
