Oftentimes going away on a vacation is a restful peaceful experience.

It's a great way to recharge and get back to life when you return.

Even if it's a desolate area, even if it's kind of quiet, kind of off to itself, you know, you can still, you know, that can have its positives.

It can definitely be something where you can have some time for reflection.

In our next story, a family gets away to a town that's very desolate, almost ghost town-like.

Turns out to have some ghosts of its own.

It was close to Abernera, for people who know the area, when we arrived, the first thing we noticed was it was very

abandoned. Lots of houses were dark with dust everywhere and bewildered plants in their

gardens. It felt all horror movie-like. It wasn't like this

concerned as see I must tell you that my dad and I are extremely sensitive to

atmospheres and the feelings of others. Empathic. If there were horror-like zombies or

evil beings, we would have noticed, but this wasn't the case. The house was adorable,

with a good view over the whole village of the fjord.

Too bad we just never saw a bicycle car or a human pass in the environment.

My room was very small but cozy and scary at the same time. There was a large bed for two
