Last time we were together, John we were just talking about vacation, you've just gotten back from a two-week break in Kauai and just the need for restoration and just how vacation needs to be intentional in pursuing restoration. But boy, vacations don't always go the way we planned or hoped.

Things just come up or unfold and someone listening in on on our last

podcast on your time in Hawaii would think that it was just a merry time, just a wonderful time.

Right. There was another dimension to that. I'd love to hear you just tell the story.

Well, I think it was a week into our trip.

I think we'd been there for six days and on Monday morning we had planned it was one of the few planned things we were going to do.

The rest of the trip was all rest, don't do the tours, don't do the running around, don't burn this time out but Monday morning we were

going to get up early and go on this snorkeling tour and and get up in the

morning Monday morning six a.m. and we're getting the boys up and

and I said, hi, where are the car keys? And she said, I don't know and we're in this

tiny tiny little house we had rented and and we're

kind of looking around going you know that's really weird and I said well maybe I

I left him in the car so I went downstairs to and the car's gone.

I thought, what?

The car has been stolen, a rental car.

And I'm like, oh my gosh.

So go back up in the house. I'm like, hey gang, car's missing.
