It's newsish with Betty Rock on the Wally show.

As a kid, I know Wally knows this. As a kid, if you were getting on your mom's nerves,

she would tell you, go outside.

Yes, run around the house a few times.

I could have been an Olympic athlete, like as many times I had to run around the house.

But being outside it gave you the opportunity to be creative and build an appreciation for

the gift God has given us a beautiful world. It does feel good

sometimes man you just like I just get outside in all the sunlight and this warmth

and the beauty of God's creation. Vitamin D yes so good. But now you're older and you work a 9 to 5.

And when you're home, all you want to do, this is me, lay on the couch and chill, okay?

But you may not be able to, thanks to a new term that's trending on Tik-Tok, that's called

Sunshine Guilt.

I haven't heard this.
