So, this is Tucker Carlson from last night, and I'm not a lawyer,

and I don't understand these terms.

I understand some of what he's talking about.

But he's claiming that, just as so to me,

or got a couple of words mixed up in the oral arguments there

at the Supreme Court yesterday.

He was extrapolating to say, you know, interesting that they're talking about a affirmative action

at the Supreme Court when clearly affirmative action is what landed.

Her on the court, and she's not qualified now, I'm not making that argument.

I just think it's interesting that somebody at this level of legal knowledge

made this mistake, if it's accurate.
