Today we're going to be reacting to the good old V-sread.

Somebody tagged me in a new product he has or an existing product called HGH boost.

And of course, anytime I see an orally active HGH product, I tend to get a bit skeptical and

tend to, you know, the red flags are going a little bit.

Because the claims are often very bold for these products and often not justified whatsoever.

So I wanted to get a little bit more detail, see how hard he's plugging it, see where it's being plugged and how.

And I ended up finding out I am blocked from his motherfucking page.

So I am not even able to see his, uh, his Instagram.

Um, I guess technically I could easily just log into the Gorilla Mind IG or something else and get into there.

But whatever.

And, um, it's, uh, the caption is, you know, written by him, you know written by him you know alert alert I'm

young and healthy but still at risk for low growth hormone you're at risk okay did you

know that after you turn 18 growth hormone levels start to decline then by the time you turn

30 it begins to plummet every year.

Plummit.

So let's cross-reference how much they decline and see if it really is plummeting.

So what we can see is after the 30-year mark, there is a progressive decline in GH secretion by approximately 15% for every decade of adult life.

So yeah, that's pretty significant.

I wouldn't necessarily say plummet as in implying that right when you hit 30,

you're fucked and you're hitting like a free fall dive bomb down into the ground.
