The goal of the program is to produce good citizens, people that are going to be in our communities.

We know that at least Toronto will ask at 95% of everyone incarcerated today will eventually

be released.

And they're coming back to our communities, they'll be our neighbors, they'll be our co-workers.

So the question is, what do we want to do to see people come back into our communities

with a pro-social attitude? Ready to be a part of the community and be a productive part?
