things new around the Universal Orlando Resort for the middle of March, 2026.

Seems like just a couple weeks ago when we were deep in the coldest winter to hit Orlando

in decades. Well, now summertime temperatures are back along with the spring break crowds,

which are arriving. So be prepared for longer waits if you are hitting the parks in the next few

weeks. We'll kick it off in Citywalkalk, where the Cinemark Movie Theater is celebrating the

arrival of the new Super Mario Galaxy movie with a glowing star photo op in the rotunda.

Some CityWalk restaurant updates for any vegans out there.

Antihitos has gotten rid of their vegan enchilada, but replaced it with a plant-based

Baja salad.

And Big Fire has removed their cauliflower steak.
