I've been trying to plan this for quite a while, actually, and that is a good friend of the show, Miss Kirsty Klein. Hi, Kirsty. Hi, who are you?

I am good. How are you? Yeah, I'm doing great. Thank you. Glad to be here. I'm excited to talk about

something that we don't talk about and not a lot of people kind of probably even think about when they

go to the parks. But before we get into that,

I kind of want to get to know a little bit about you because I know you're a big Universal

fan, but what is your history with Universal Orlando? And again, alluding to what we're going to

be talking about, why did that make you want to go and work there? So I think the first time I went to Universal Orlando was probably about six or seven

years old. It was back in 2007. So quite a while ago, it was something that I don't remember

too much about from that trip, but then my parents loved it so much that we went back every

two, every one kind of half, two years.

So it's always been a kind of a big part of my childhood growing up, especially for me.

I think for Orlando, I've always kind of thought about Universal.

It's kind of been ingrained into me since a young age.

And it kind of gives me that motivation to experience kind of being out there in a longer capacity.

So that was why I really wanted to work there to kind of meet the team members that had made memories for me and kind of be able to pass that opportunity and make memories for, I guess, other kind of guests and visitors to Universal.
