And our very special guest who I reached out to this person, well, I don't even need to bury the lead at this point because we already introduced a kind of. Ashley, who the author of the Universal Cookbook, like, I think it was last

year and it took us this long to actually get on. But Ashley, I'm so happy you can finally join us on

the podcast. I'm super happy to be here. Thanks for having me. It's good. Like I said, we love talking

about food on the podcast and this is something different again to what we've talked about before and it's

interesting. I'm interested to delve into how you put something like this together. First off

actually, can you tell our lovely listeners a little bit about yourself, your connection to the

theme parks and it's food and what led you to write this book? Yeah, absolutely. So my name is Ashley Kraft and I live in Minnesota in the United States,

so not anywhere near a universal theme park. I've been a huge universal fan, you know, most of my life, I would say, probably, probably like many

of your listeners, I gained a big appreciation for Universal with the Harry Potter position.

And I'm a major Potterhead.
