We've got rid of Tracy and Chris because they were doing our ends in last week, so we just kind of got rid of them.

But we are joined by Kayla Robux's favorite guest on the show, Mr. Seth Kobersky.

Thank you so much for having me on.

It's always nice to be described as wonderful. And usually I'm just emailing off my little things to you. So it's great to actually be able to talk to you in real time. You would be amazed at how many how many people love little things. It's one of their favorite things about the podcast, which

kind of makes me a little sad. But, all right. Well, then I'm going to have to ask for a raise,

if that's true. Yeah, I'll give you a 10% raise. How does that sound? 10% sounds very generous,

so times zero equal weight. I was no good at math. No good at it.

So, yeah, as we have done for about the last, I don't know how many times we've been doing this with you, it used to be Jim Hill and then we replaced Jim with Seth.

Well, no one could ever replace Jim, but I'm happy to substitute.

And basically just talk about what's going on at Universal this year and kind of moving forward,

because there is a lot still going on this year.

Yeah, we had a kind of slow year.

Nothing major opened in 2022, but we got stuff come this year and a lot of stuff on the horizon.
