1:06.2	Welcome to The Lead. I'm Jim Shudo in today for Jake Tapper. We begin with today's breaking news in our Law and Justice League, the arrest of a suspect in the assassination of Turning Point USA founder and conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
1:19.6	Tyler, James Robinson, is 22 years old. He is charged with, among other crimes, aggravated murder, and is now being held without bail. This according to
1:29.4	court records obtained by CNN. Sources tell us he currently is not speaking with investigators.
1:36.3	Robinson was arrested overnight in Washington County, Utah, hundreds of miles from the scene
1:42.3	of Wednesday's shooting at Utah Valley University.
1:46.0	It came after authorities released much clearer photographs and videos of the suspected gunmen.
