Summary

The Utah Jazz came into the season with more expectations than ever before. This week on Locked On Jazz we try to look at all the reasons why the season fell short of where people had hoped. Monday we looked at if the 2021 season was the real outlier Tuesday we looked at the offensive pivot of 2019 Today we look at what appeared to be a lack of leadership and camaraderie from the Utah Jazz. We look back at who the leaders on the team were in the past and are now plus, who were the glue guys that created an environment where the guys wanted to come to work each day. 1:39.0	Well, you're trying to look back at the season and figure out what went wrong I guess is the way to say it or just why the team fell short of expectations.
1:51.0	And where they the front office coaches and staff and players want to be and I remind you that when I started the week my thought was that rather than being able to pinpoint a single item which is what we all want to do.
2:05.0	The chances are we're not going to be able to do that the chances are we're going to find multitude of things and each is going to be 13 to 18 to whatever percent.
2:14.0	So each day we're kind of presenting a new concept.
2:18.0	And the idea is is this part of the equation is really the way to look at this and see today I've got live again I have not I did not go live earlier this week I appreciate the live group.
2:29.0	I do think the chat seems to be better from not live and all comes out at once and everyone joins in and can build off other things.
2:37.0	So I'm going to keep an eye on that.
2:40.0	But I think I'm going to move away from going live first thing each day for you and then during the season will go live with postcast and things we'll see.
