U.S. and Lynn Williams played together for years for the North Carolina Courage, and they have a

I've listened to both of your podcast episodes that have come out so far. I am really enjoying it.

It's a great combination of soccer talk, fun, and real life topics. How did the idea for doing this

podcast come together, as well as the decision to make it not just about soccer and fun stuff? Yeah,

so just one sports reached out to us a while ago. I think at the time that they wanted to do it,

me and Sam had a lot going on. Is this something we want to take on? Do we even want to share our

lives and let people know us a little bit better? Then the more and more we thought about it and

the more and more we just discussed of our friendship and everything that had gone on this past year

with social justice issues, we felt that it was important to not only show that we can be friends

and fun and silly, but that we do actually have these deep conversations and that they're important

to keep pushing these deep conversation forward. So two people that come from different backgrounds
