When it comes to the new year, many people choose to make resolutions or set new goals for themselves and their businesses. In this episode, I don't want to talk about ADDING something to your plate, but REMOVING certain items so can level up in your business.
In today's episode, I'm giving you seven things you can clear out and clean up so you can level up in your business. Doing less is going to be your springboard for success going into the new year. One of the biggest things I talk about is making sure your time goes towards profit-producing things.
Everything you do as the CEO must have a bottom-line impact, and if not? Then it would be best if you had someone on your team doing those tasks for you. I want to challenge you in this new year to step into the true CEO role.
