Success Radio in today's show we're talking about what your failure rate

says about you and your future success.

We were trained all growing up that it was win or lose,

A or F, and that failure was very, very bad.

And so it's not shocking that when people enter

the entrepreneurial world and the only way

you can succeed is through failure,

that many fail at being entrepreneurs. The question is, how fast can you change

your mindset and mentality around failure so that you truly understand in the depth of your being that the rate at which you're

willing to fail and the amount of times that you're willing to fail is going to be the make or break

factor in your ultimate success as an entrepreneur.

And I know for me I'm trying to scream this

from the rooftops in every place, way, shape,

and form I possibly can, including both give her courage and my coaching company, because I want both young girls and our future leaders as well as the entrepreneurs of today to understand that failure is a good thing

if you understand how to utilize it as a tool versus having it create an emotional response and reaction within you.

So let's talk a little bit about what failure is going to say about you.

I know that when I started out as an entrepreneur, I did everything

I could possibly do to avoid failure. I wanted to protect myself, I wanted to protect my ego, I wanted to protect my ego I wanted to look like I knew what I was doing at all times
