Summary

Gratitude.

Most of the time we think giving back can only happen in our personal life. We take our kids to the soup kitchen, we donate clothes every spring, or even attend an event every once in awhile. However, you can also have gratitude when it comes to your business. It isn’t always about making the sale or seeing how much we can take home at the end of the day. We are all apart of the greater human family and we need to support EVERYONE.

This is why I wanted to showcase and bring on Hannah Skvarla from The Little Market. Hannah co-founded this amazing organization with Lauren Conrad. The Little Market is a non-profit organization that helps women across the globe have sustainable jobs through consumer products. Hannah is sharing some amazing insights on the women she helps and how you can be apart of the movement!

0:39.6	Sure, yeah, first up, thank you so much for having me. The little market is a shop that Lauren Conrad and I created.
0:47.0	It's a non-profit and our mission is to create dignified job opportunities for women in need all over the world. Lauren and I saw that sign
0:55.0	for women in need all over the world.
0:53.7	Lauren and I saw that there are so many amazing charities
0:56.4	out there doing so much great work,
0:58.3	but we felt that a missing piece was creating access to great job opportunities for women in need and
1:04.8	that's really what it takes to break the cycle of poverty. So through our shop
1:09.3	every item is handmade and each piece has a story behind it.
