Summary

I want to take a moment to address a rumor going around in the entrepreneurial space. Many of you are having a hard time crossing that bridge from super employee to CEO. Part of that struggle is knowing when to go from outsourcing your work to building your own team.

In this episode I am pulling back the curtain on how important it is to have a team that wants the business to grow just as much as you do. Have a team ready to springboard your company, NOT a group of people duct tape something together for an hour a day. Your team is going to help you build your dream business!

(4:28) "Of course you are [struggling] because you don't have anyone on the team that is as invested as you need them to be. That are willing to go above and beyond to get the result. Of course you are struggling to get the results you want."

1:00.2	given and I've been hearing how that advice is impacting their success, their
1:05.8	fulfillment, and their results as it relates to their business.
1:10.0	And the advice that's been given to virtually all entrepreneurs out there is run lean, duct
1:17.0	tape together, part-time contractors, outsource, you know, go overseas, you know, do whatever it takes to put together the cheapest, leanest,
1:30.2	you know, team that gets you by in order to just get the job done right and you know when
1:38.3	you're just getting started outsourcing is huge and you know definitely for me I started off outsourcing just as I'm sure
1:45.4	all of you did but where it becomes problematic is once you actually have an
1:51.2	established business with customers and you want to actually have an established business with customers and you want to grow from a soloprenor into having an actual business entity, a company, and an established organization, you can't possibly expect to get the commitment of a full-time
2:07.8	employee from an hourly contractor or from an outside company that you're just paying to do a specific tactical job.
2:16.3	When you're under six figures or even in the low six figures, you may be able to scrape
