It's almost time to say goodbye to 2017 and for some of us, this year has been a rollercoaster. With so many ups and downs, I want to help YOU get ready for 2018 the right way.

 

In this episode we are breaking down 6 ways you can create more 'space' in your business. In order to create more room for new and exciting things, we need to get rid of the old "stuff" aka the stuff that caused stress and frustration in our business and our lives.

 

Change your morning routine, delete those emails, clear your phone, and update your calendar to create more space. Listen to the full episode for more ways to make room for a successful 2018.



(1:27) "Your morning routine actually starts the night before. That is with making sure you don't burn the candle at both ends and making sure that you are getting your solid eight hours each and every night. That means knowing when you have to be in bed by, know when you have to be out of bed, and let yourself get into a consistent and steady routine of when it's lights out and lights on."

 

(5:48)" I want you to go through and clean up your phone. We all use our phones for business, obviously we are using our phones all day everyday. They are with us every second of everyday. So what is coming through that phone is driving our thoughts and decisions and our behavior. Clear out all the apps you no longer need and stop those push notifications."

 

(8:45) "Those frustrations that you allow to linger, they impact you energetically. You are frustrated and we don't have the time or energy or space to have things that we can control continue to bother us. We have so many other bigger and better and more important things that we need to be focused on."
