In today's episode, we are talking to entrepreneur and expert real estate investor Lane Kawaoka. He is the co-owner of MPFE Investments and host of the real estate podcast Simple Passive Cash Flow Fund.
With over 260+ multi family units, he understands how beneficial real estate investing can be for continuous income. Lane explains that while many people are scared of the market because of the 2008 crash, it's a different market that he recommends investing in.
