One of the most important keys to transforming goals and dreams into reality is creating a firm foundation for them to be built upon.  That foundation all starts with the one thing we use as fuel every single day: our health.  

 

In the fourth part of my mini-series: Improve Your Health, Grow Your Wealth, I'm covering my third tip on achieving optimal health.  Because creating the future you have always envisioned starts with mindful, daily actions that all trace back to your physical health.  Building a wealthy business or lifestyle is only worth all the effort if you are well enough to enjoy it.

know I have a background I was an aerobics instructor, I was an NFL cheerleader,

competitive dancer, run half marathon, so I have a background in health and wellness and I love it.

It's a passion of mine. I enjoy it. But unfortunately I found that being a mom of a two-year-old and running a

business, running a house, having a family, and taking care of all the other

things we have going on in our lives that it's been really

hard to make exercise a priority.

And I know that's a horrible thing and I shouldn't say that or admit that but I want to keep it real with you guys because I want to help as many people as possible
