I work with contractors all the time, and I say, look, if you have 10 technicians, there's two who are going to run with this information and just be stars.

And there's two who are never going to do whatever it is you're presenting, whether it's me or somebody else.

But it's the six in the middle that you're after. If you can just swing two or three of those folks up to join the top 20, then you've really accomplished something.

And, you know, after that, it's just a continuous commitment to improvement.
