I went home just like most Taipei personalities and I jumped into an hour-long meditation or at least attempted to and failed miserably.

Within about 30 seconds my mind was everywhere and came out of that very frustrated and convinced that I couldn't meditate and went back to that same doctor a couple weeks later and said, yeah, this meditation stuff is not working for me.
