about our lovely skin and specifically the holistic approach to creating radiant skin.

Since I started on my wellness journey, now almost 15 years ago,

skin was one of the things that I was really interesting and improving in myself. I had acne,

I had extra oiliness. I always seemed to have a lot of issues with my skin.

And of course, today, most of us also care about glowing skin and evenness and warding off lines and wrinkles.

And it's a really interesting topic because our skin is this delineation between so-called

the rest of the world and our energy inside of us, although we know with heart coherence

that our heart's energy expands beyond the physical body.

But our skin is on the surface and it's very much affected by our four cornerstone lifestyle,
