But you've done a great job of curating our list to different categories. And so start us off.

What are your thoughts on how you choose what to listen to? You know, it comes down again to what we said in the last episode about like what do you want to be better in your life? Do you want to be in a

better mood? Do you want to be better informed? Do you want to become a better person? And so I think that
