Oh, just another good morning here in Arizona.

Yeah, it's another great morning here in San Diego and I wanted to have you on this is Donovan McNabb for those people that forgot about football already.

You know so many people have you know such change and they diverted their

tension to some things that they enjoy you know you're someone that you know

people just see football players on the field and they think man they must love everything they do

the majority of things football players and ex football players do are not really things that you naturally would love to do.

Right.

You're always dealing with change.

Like any day of the week deal with change, talk about someone calling you and telling you

you can't have a job anymore or you have to move across the country you know we're used

to that in our business right what are some of the tools that you use to get rid of that

uncertainty because you have to stay focused and forget about and
