Hey my friends, welcome back. Carrie Green here. I'm so thankful you're joining me to get

your minds aligned with the truth of God today. That's what we're here for. That's why we're doing this every single day of the week.

Please don't forget about the weekends. We often get busy on weekends and we're out of our

normal routine and we forget that we still need this

vital practice of renewing our minds so that we can live a life that honors our God and

our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

It doesn't matter if you're doing this with the morning mindset or without the morning mindset

on the weekends.

I just want you to be sure you do it.

That's my point.

Today we are looking at Romans chapter 12

versus 4 through 8 and the apostle Paul has just told us that all of us

are members one of another. We're part of a larger whole called the church in the Bible, it's often referred to as the body of Christ.

We're all members of that body. And he says we do not all have the

same function within that body. Now that should be obvious. Not all of us are

teachers. Not all of us serve on the worship team. Not all of us are

pastors. Not all of us are engaged in children's ministry. Not all of us, you know, you get the point.

There are many different ways that we can serve.

And he says in verse number six,

as he's drawing out this point, he says,

having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them.

Okay, so stop for a moment and let's not pass up the obvious here.
