guest today. It's so special to the point you've actually, rather than your usual busking,

you've written an introduction. Well I just have to because the list of his achievements is long and is worth reading out, albeit still in very brief form, just because he is, I have to say, I'm going to embarrass him here, one of the kind of most remarkable people I've ever met, has to be said.

So he's a former US Marine, decorated multiple times for his partner in the Vietnam War.

He's got the Navy Cross,

Silver Cross, bronze star to his name, obviously,

none of which are given out Lylee and a purple heart to boot.

Later he moved into politics and became sexually of the Navy and the Reagan

administration also assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs

was twice asked by President Obama to be his running mate and I don't mean jogging

I mean as as in president

uh... it was Democratic senator for Virginia

uh... took a shot at running for the presidency himself as a democrat candidate in

2015

and he's also taught literature at the US Naval Academy

was fellow at the Harvard Institute of Politics and is now the first ever
