So, yes, I was wondering where to start.

There's so much to cover.

We really wanted to focus on the Ukraine war because, you know, in the West went from such enthusiasm that we're winning, winning, till suddenly reality seems to have dawned on us and we have this question whether or not we're going to let Ukraine lose or if we're going to

NATO will join the fight. But I thought perhaps we could start with what would explain

Russia's victory the way you've seen it, or at least it seems it's moving towards a victory.

Is it the weapon systems which have evolved over the war? or at least it seems it's moving towards a victory, at least.

Is it, I mean, what would be the main variable in your opinion?

Well, I think it's all those things.

I mean, first of all, in the first part of the war,

the Russians didn't perform very well.

I think there's a consensus on that.

They were poorly led.

I don't think they were ready.

I mean, I think they went in.
